Erasmus+ KA122-VET: Student Internship in Cyprus Successfully Completed 🇷🇸🇨🇾🇧🇬

A Step Forward in Organic Farming! 🌿🌍

From October 12 to October 27, 2023, 16 students and 3 accompanying teachers from the Agricultural Veterinary Boarding School in Rekovac successfully completed a 15-day Erasmus+ KA122-VET internship on organic farms in Cyprus. This program provided students with hands-on experience in organic agriculture and insight into EU market standards, helping them develop practical skills essential for their future careers in the agricultural sector.

During the internship, participants had the opportunity to:

✔ Gain practical experience in crop cultivation, soil management, and organic food production techniques.
✔ Engage in cultural exchange, exploring Cypriot traditions, landmarks, and local customs.
✔ Understand the importance of mobility programs like Erasmus+ in vocational education and training (VET).

This project is an important step toward the modernization and internationalization of agricultural education, preparing students for sustainable and eco-friendly farming practices. The knowledge and skills gained through this experience will significantly contribute to their future professional development.

Collaboration and Support

The internship was realized with the support of Global Edu Hub, Sofia, Bulgaria, which played a crucial role as the intermediary organization in organizing and ensuring the quality of the mobility experience.
