Global Edu Hub, Sofia, Bulgaria, is implementing the Erasmus+ KA122-ADU project, aimed at enhancing the professional skills of educators and adult learners in the tourism and hospitality sector through international mobility experiences in Spain and Cyprus.

📖 Project Overview

This project focuses on skill enhancement for hotel animators, receptionists, and travel agency employees through job shadowing and internships in leading hotels and tourism organizations.

🎯 Project Objectives

🔹 Improve practical skills of educators and adult learners in the tourism sector

🔹 Enhance international cooperation between educational institutions and the tourism industry

🔹 Promote sustainability and digitalization in tourism services

🔹 Support lifelong learning and career advancement for adult learners

🏨 Mobility Activities

The project consists of four mobility activities, each designed to provide practical and immersive learning experiences:

📍 Host Countries: 🇪🇸 Spain (Costa del Sol) | 🇨🇾 Cyprus (Ayia Napa & Protaras)

👨‍🏫 Educator Mobility (Job Shadowing) – 7 Days

✅ 4 educators – Spain (Costa del Sol)

✅ 4 educators – Cyprus (Ayia Napa & Protaras)

🎓 Adult Learner Mobility (Internships) – 12 Days

✅ 6 adult learners – Spain (Costa del Sol)

✅ 6 adult learners – Cyprus (Ayia Napa & Protaras)

📅 Planned Mobility Period: Between May 20 and October 20, 2025

Through these mobilities, participants will:

✔ Gain real-world experience in hospitality and tourism

✔ Learn best practices in international tourism management

✔ Develop language, communication, and intercultural skills

✔ Improve their employability and career opportunities in the European job market
